Bachelor’s degree from nursing colleges in overseas universities certified by the Minister of Health and Welfare and nursing license issued by specified country.
Persons who were attending nursing colleges in overseas universities certified by the Minister of Health and Welfare as of July 8, 1994 and have since graduated.

(1) Overseas university certification application
(2) License copy (Renewed valid license only)
(3) Diploma or certificate of graduation copy
(4) Transcript (Including former school in case of transfer admissions)
(5) Curriculum
(6) Syllabus - Including document describing study goal, class content, time table
(7) School regulations – Including regulations on admission and transfers, regulations on graduation, regulations on credit transfers
(8) School directory – Including full-time instructor, faculty status, practical education facilities
(9) Immigration certification – Available at Korea Immigration Service or Community Offices
(10) Other documents certifying application
